Position: Mobile Building Services Engineer
Location: Cardiff
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £34,000 to £36,000 plus travel time and bonus
We are looking for two Mobile Building Services Engineers for permanent positions covering Cardiff and South Wales
These positions will be covering a number of sites dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance that will include water testing, emergency lighting, plant rooms maintenance, fan coil maintenance as well as on site compliance.
These roles will be supporting static engineers as well as working very closely with existing clients throughout the region.
We do require this engineer to hold a level 2 qualification (mechanical or electrical) they also need to hold a full UK driving licence.
Requirements
- Strong working background in building services maintenance
- Level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in a short commute to Cardiff.
- Able to complete plant room maintenance, fan coil maintenance, water checks, emergency lighting etc.
