Position: Building Services Engineer
Location: Covering Cambridgeshire
Duration: Permanent
Salary: up to £38,000 with package
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Building Services Engineer with some experience with plumbing knowledge for a full time mobile position covering Cambridgeshire
This position will be working with a team of multi skilled engineers covering commercial sites throughout Cambridgeshire that will include Haverhill and Bury St Edmonds
The right person for this position will already have a strong building services maintenance background able to deal with on site compliance, plant room maintenance, electrical maintenance as well as some plumbing works.
We require this engineer to have a level 2 qualification (mechanical, electrical or plumbing)
Requirements
- Strong background in Commercial Building Services Maintenance
- Level 2 maintenance qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in a short commute to the above areas
- Good health and safety knowledge
