Position: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Location: Cramlington
Salary: £25k
Duration: 6 months
SER are currently supporting a Cramlington-based company in their search for a Purchase ledger Clerk. This is a 6-month contract, the position can either be full time or prorated around school hours. This is a lovely company to work for and would suit someone who wants to return to work or someone who is maybe looking to work less hours.
Job Description-
- Invoice processing 250 – 300 per week
- Set up new supplier accounts.
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- Process business expense returns
- Cashbook and petty cash cheques
- Processing BACVS payments
- General administration duties
Skills and Experience Required –
- Previous experience in a busy account’s environment
- Experience with using an ERP system.
- Navision or Business central experience will be a bonus.
- Good Excel skills
- Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills are essential.
