Business Development Manager
Remote / Covering UK
£30,000 - £45,000 / £50,000 - £65,000 first year OTE + 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + paid expenses + pension schemeWe are in search of an experienced Business Development Manager with a passion for music to provide bespoke radio solutions and music licensing to the retail and hospitality sector.
With huge plans for growth and current clients consisting of multiple major high street brands, this is a fantastic opportunity to work for a fast growing company that pride themselves on allowing their staff the freedom to act on their own creative ideas to generate new business. The Role:
This is a new business focussed role and would require the successful candidate to carry out research and create hit lists of prospective customers in order to manage their time effectively by directly targeting organisations that may have a need for bespoke radio or music supply. Covering a patch across the whole of the UK, a willingness to travel is key.
My client is very accommodating to the lives of their employees and allow flexible working hours. The role is very much results focussed so being able to spend your time productively to gain the best possible results is essential.
Key duties include:
- Conducting market research identifying and collating target lists of prospective clients.
- Cold outreach to generate interest and book meetings.
- Leading client meetings taking a consultative approach to understand the needs of your clients.
- Building proposals to suit the requirements of your customers.
- Closing new business deals and maintaining ongoing account management communication to maximise profitability on closed business.
Essential Skills:
- Previous B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Full UK Driving licence.

In return:
The right candidate would receive a competitive basic salary of between £30,000 - £35,000 with a first year OTE of £50,000 along with 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
