£35,000 - £40,000

The Company:
A humble commercial AV integrator specialising in the design, installation and aftercare of high end audio visual systems and digital signage for conference rooms and meeting spaces.
It’s an employee owned business with an inclusive work environment ensuring employees feel valued and invested in the success of the team.
We are now looking for an experienced AV Service Engineer to join the team, ensuring the smooth operation of installed AV equipment post installation.
Position Overview:
Attend service and preventative maintenance visits to clients within the southern regions of the UK, minimising downtime for clients within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend out reactive service calls, liaising with clients and resolving their issues quickly and effectively.
- Carry out pro-active preventative maintenance visits.
- Fault finding and troubleshooting network related issues.
- Acting as the point of contact for clients when on site, keeping them informed of any progress.
- Troubleshooting control system and DSP issues.
- Maintaining up to date service documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience servicing and maintaining corporate AV systems.
- The ability to troubleshoot network related issues.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of audio visual control systems and DSPs such as Crestron, Extron and Q-SYS
Package:
- Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
- Time and ½ overtime rates
