Position: Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer
Location: Cambridgeshire
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £36,000 to £38,000 plus travel time and bonus
We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer for a mobile position covering the Cambridgeshire area.
This position will be working on commercial sites, dealing with planned and reactive maintenance that will include air conditioning maintenance, emergency lighting, compliance checks, water testing, basic plumbing, plant room maintenance, basic electrical as well as other duties.
The right person for this position will already have experience as a building services engineer. They will be holding a minimum of a level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification and a full UK driving licence.
Requirements
- Strong working background in commercial building services maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Minimum of a level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification (including plumbing)
- Strong background in dealing with commercial on site compliance
- Based in the Cambridgeshire area
- Happy to join the on call rota
