Position: Head of Talent
Salary: £60k - £70k
Location: HP23

Reporting to an inspiring Managing Director, the Head of Talent will be responsible for managing and developing the overall People Strategy for the business. You will also be responsible for seeking new talent for the business and championing their brand, so they become a recognised great place to work.
Responsibilities:
- Defining and developing People strategy
- Creating a People Management framework
- Working with line managers to ensure everyone is working in the same framework.
- Training and Development
- Refine company compensation, benefits and renumeration plans.
- Create frameworks for managing talent.
- Create a constant process for attracting new top talent.
- Ensure a continuous pipeline of interested candidates.
- Work closely with the marketing team to put a spotlight on people and the brand.
- Active social media to promote brand and people.
- Own the relationships with all contractors.
Experience:
- Must be an approachable people person.
- 5 years’ experience in creating and implementing People Strategy
- Experience with working within a diverse company
- Experience with gaining B-Corp certification would be advantageous.
