Location – London + Surrounding Areas
My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for delivering effective and profitable outcomes within the Projects Department.
They are looking for some with previous experience who is ready to take the next step and be responsible for line management and mentoring of the Project Managers, dedicated Project Engineers and the Installation Co-ordinator as well as all aspects of project delivery.
The Role:
- Coaching and mentoring of junior members of the team, whilst identifying areas of improvement and setting objectives and training requirements.
- Provide direction, control and implementation of projects.
- Produce regular financial & progress reports for each project and be responsible for the commercial progress of the projects.
- Monitor, review and report on the progress of projects and update leadership accordingly.
- Identify opportunities for future project and support works.
- Undertake a sales handover to interpret and understand the scope of works.
The Candidate
- Project Management experience within the construction industry with additional experience within the BMS and control systems sector.
- Experience working on large projects, with a track record for delivery.
- Strong financial and commercial experience and ability to show this.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
