Business Development Manager
Manchester
Basic salary £35,000 - £50,00 (DOE) OTE of £55,000 - £70,000
Career Progression, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Mercedes or Allowance, Competitive CommissionResponsibilities:
- Generating new avenues of revenue for the business.
- Converting enquiries and self-generated leads into clients.
- Leasing with high end Brands and Designers to fulfil their needs.
- Organise sampling for clients and negotiate a competitive quote.
- Managing your own schedule.To apply you MUST have or be:
- A salesperson who embodies professionalism.
- Has Rigid, Carton and or Paper Bag experience.
- Sold to industries such as Luxury, Cosmetics, Food, Ecom or Fashion.
- Proven record of consistently hitting KPI’s.
The training for this position will be tailored to your industry background and will encompass every facet of our product line and proposal process. You'll need to grasp and operate within our established system efficiently to facilitate workflow, ensuring you and your team consistently provide exceptional solutions for our clients. Initial training will take place at our head office, focusing on mastering our internal systems. Subsequently, ongoing training sessions and company meetings will be mandatory.
