The Role:
To lead the installation of AV equipment within the retail and hospitality sector.
Key duties include:
- To act as the main point of contact for the client on site, answering any queries and providing updates in a positive manner.
- Briefing and managing contractors on site ensuring work is being carried out safely and to a high standard.
- Installation of networks, media players, speakers, amplifiers and LCD & LED screens.
- Carry out reactive service calls and preventative maintenance visits where required.
- Feedback any progress to the Project Manager.
Essential Qualities and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as an AV Engineer.
- Strong audio knowledge.
- Full UK Driving License.
Preferred Qualities and Skills:
- The ability to configure audio DSPssuch as Bose and QSC.
- Strong knowledge of Dante networking.
- Experience with retail / hospitality AV installations.
