The Role:
To assist the Project Manager by managing the logistics for retail and hospitality AV installations across the UK and Europe.
Key duties include:
- Management of AV installation projects within the retail and hospitality sectors.
- Produce RAMS, method statements and complete any necessary paperwork ensuring all project documentation is accurately recorded.
- Logistics planning including delivery of equipment and engineer allocation.
- Conducting client handovers for completed projects.
- Liaising with distributors to manage the procurement of hardware for each project.
- Resolving on site issues and escalating issues to the Project manager where required.
- Maintain communication with engineers on site, feeding back any progress to the client and the Project Manager.
Essential Qualities and Skills:
- Experience within project coordination and logistics planning.
- Basic understanding of audio visual equipment.
- Full UK Driving License
In return:

The is a hybrid position allowing you to work from home whilst maintaining a presence in the office with travel to visit clients where required.
