Position: Foot Mobile Building Services Engineer
Location: Central London
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £38,000 to £42,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Building Services Engineer to cover a foot mobile position covering central London.
This position will be working for an established building services company that deal with commercial clients through out London which include offices, schools, nhs sites, theatre etc.
The right person for this position will already have a strong working background within building services maintenance. We would prefer them to be mechanical bias but we would look at electrical bias as long as they have good plant room knowledge
This position will be covering one or two sites a day via public transport. Public transport expenses will be covered.
Requirements
- Strong working background as a building services engineer
- Strong plant room knowledge
- Happy to travel via public transportto site
- Must hold a level 2 mechanical or electrical building services qualification
- Based in an easy commute into London
- Mobile positions are available
