Business Development Manager

Blackburn/North West

£30,000-£35,000 O.T.E Uncapped

Travelling to and closing meetings with business’s, £330 car allowance, Laptop, Mobile Phone, 20 days holiday + bank holidays, 8:30-17:30 Monday to Friday, Pension scheme, Health Scheme, free onsite parking.

The role

We are looking for experienced salespeople to fill our BDM role. A person who can build a pipeline as well as upsell on existing customers as well. Someone who is willing to meet clients face to face/have team’s meetings to develop long-term relationships.

Skills and Experience Required

-          Business to business Telecommunications experience

-          Full UK Driving licence.

-          Happy to travel and meet clients.

-          Ability to demonstrate adaptability.

-          Ability to communicate effectively.

-          Ability to demonstrate discipline.

-          Ability to be driven and self-motivated.

-          Ability to self-generate new business.
