Our family run business has been established for over 40 years, we have been a reliably serving the property management, facilities management, and catering industries. We are already well established in the Southwest area and are looking to expand our services into the Midlands and North. We work within several commercial buildings including Virgin, Holiday Inn, CBRE, Silly world etc.
Fire Damper Engineer Midlands £23,400 - £28,600 p/y Performance based bonus up to £350 a month. NO call outs, early finish if the jobs completed, £25 meal allowance for working away all hotels and fuel are covered. All Tools, iPad, phone, PPE, and Van are provided with a fuel card. £1000 bonus after 6 months service. £1000 for referring a friend for a role. Progression into Junior Management or Surveyor roles.
The role:
We send our engineers to a range of companies in the Midlands to Install and clean ventilation, grease extract and fire damper systems to prevent potential fire hazards. Limited overnights a month with overtime offered on Sundays.
Skills and Experience
- Fire Damper Test and Inspect experience.
- City and Guilds Fire Damper Certification Course
- Grease extract cleaning experience. (preferred)
- Ventilation extract cleaning experience (preferred)
