Office Based - Hybrid Working Negotiable
25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Pension and many more
Monday - Friday : 9.00am-5.30pm

The Role:
By using a compassionate and consultative sales approach, the Business Development Consultant will be supplying clients with the ideal solution to suit their requirements.
You will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success, working alongside a seasoned Sales and Technical team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge audio-visual projects.
The Business Development Consultant role is focused on and will require knowledge and experience of working with Consultants, Main Contractors and Fit our companies.
Key duties include:
- Engage with existing and prospective clients; namely AV Consultants, Main Contractors, Fit Out companies.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Work alongside the tender bid manager to deliver tailored tender bid responses.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements, providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients. Contribute to the refinement of sales strategies, sharing market insights and feedback.
- Planning and forecasting business within the designated customer base.
