Position: Foot Mobile Building Services Engineer
Location: Central Birmingham
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £36,000 to £38,000
We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a full time position covering the centre of Birmingham
This position will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance on commercial sites in the centre of Birmingham. The position will be done on foot as the sites are all in a short walking distance away from each other.
The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial building services back ground. They will have experience dealing with Plant Rooms, AHU's, Fan Coils, Water Testing, Compliance, Lighting as well as other maintenance.
We need this engineer to be based in a short commute to the centre of Birmingham. They need to be holding a minimum of a level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification.
Requirements
- Strong working background in commercial building services maintenance
- Holding a minimum of a level 2 qualification
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance
- Happy to support the site on foot.
