The Company:

A multi-award winning AV integrator offering full service solutions from design, installation all the way to commissioning and aftersales support for organisations within various sectors.

Brief Overview of Role:

Working on site within a London based insurance company, you will provide technical support and preventative maintenance to ensure all AV systems are running effectively and minimising downtime.

Duties:

-          Meeting room checks and setup.

-          System shutdowns.

-          Testing of AV/VC systems.

-          1^st line meeting room support.

-          Offering white glove service during events.

-          Service, maintenance and troubleshooting.

-          Reporting of faulty equipment and arranging off site repairs.

-          Identify potential upgrades to optimise sales opportunities.

-          Operation of Crestron and Extron control systems.

Skills and Experience Required:

Essential:

-          Experience supporting AV/IT systems.

-          Understanding of control systems and audio DSPs such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp and QSC.
