AV Technical Support Consultant

The Company:
With contracts with multiple globally renowned household brands and various industry awards and accreditations, a full solution AV integrator providing coverage across a variety of sectors.
Brief Overview of Role:
To provide remote technical support to both the service team and any clients to resolve any potential issues that arise quickly and effectively.
Duties:
- 1stline technical support to clients, service engineers and customer service team.
- Investigate any reported faults and solve clients issues quickly and effectively.
- Management of supplier relationships including repairs and returns of any faulty equipment.
- Act as a point of escalation for recurring issues and be willing to attend client sites to resolve issues where necessary.
- Provide support to the service & support director where required.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in servicingor commissioningAV systems.
- Knowledge of hardware from brands such as Crestron, Extron, QSC, Biamp, Poly and Cisco.
Package:
- £40,000- £45,000salary depending on experience.
