Position: Commercial Building Services Site Manager

Location: Swindon

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £48,000 to £52,000 plus package

We are looking for an experienced Commercial/ Industrial Building Services Site Manager to manage a large static site in the Swindon area.

This person will be managing 9 building services engineers, 2 administrators and a supervisor.

These engineers will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance for the building and grounds over this large site. This will include carpentry, plumbing, mechanical and electrical.

The right person for this position will already have a strong working technical background in commercial or industrial building services maintenance. They need to be either technical on the electrical or mechanical side, holding a city and guilds or nvq qualification.

This person also needs to have experience dealing with a demanding client. They need to be able to manage their needs as well as supporting the engineers, budgets, recruitment, materials, hr and be very strong on the health and safety side.

Requirements

• Experienced running a large commercial or industrial site
• Managed building services engineers
• Strong health and safety knowledge
• Able to manage budgets, hr, material resourcing and sub contractors.
• Based in a commutable distance to Swindon.
• Must be technical within building services maintenance.
• Happy to assist the engineers if ever needed.
• We do need this person to have a full UK driving licence to manage this site.
