The Company:

One of the UK's largest AV Integrators, renowned for their excellence in audio-visual integration projects across various sectors. With over 100 employees, they are expanding and seeking experienced Service Engineers to join their team.

Brief Overview of Role:

The AV Service Engineer will be responsible for providing service and maintenance visits to both residential and commercial clients in London and the South of England.

Duties:

• Performing servicing of AV/VC systems for commercial clients.
• Servicing high-end residential AV systems, including home cinemas, networks, and lighting controls.
• Conducting scheduled preventative maintenance visits.
• Troubleshooting programming-related issues.
• Maintaining accurate reporting and service record documentation.
• Diagnosing and repairing issues with AV hardware, control systems, and audio DSPs.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

• 2+ years of experience as an AV Engineer.
• Knowledge of commercial AV control systems, such as Crestron, AMX, and Extron.
• Familiarity with Lutron lighting systems.
• Valid UK Driving Licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Desired:

• Proficiency in configuring AV and lighting control systems.
