Position – Accounts Assistant
Location- Pendle
Salary – 30k
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Pendle, I have the pleasure in supporting this wonderful company in their search for their next Accounts Assistant superstar. This company prides itself on its forward-thinking attitude and social and sustainable responsibilities. Working in a small finance team you will be the backbone of the department. This is a temp to permanent position.
Main Duties:
- Bank Audits
- Organise year cut off.
- Credit Card Reconciliations
- Maintaining Operating Lease Schedules
- Bank Reconciliations
- Monthly Raw Material Stock Control
- Monthly Work In Progress (WIP) Stock Control
- Reviewing Creditors Payments (Purchase Ledger & Cash Book)
- Back-Up Purchase Ledger Payments to Max
Knowledge, skills and qualifications
- Experience in an accounts department within a manufacturing business.
- General Understanding of cost accounting
- Leadership skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Outstanding mathematical skills
- Honesty and integrity
- Reliability
- Good written, verbal, communication, and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Critical and analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Computer skills
- Understanding of data privacy standards
