Position: Electrical & Mechanical Engineer
Salary: 42,000 Per annum, company van, 25 days holiday + BH, sick pay, private healthcare, company pension, career progression, tools, phone, tablet
Location: Manchester (static)
Hours: 38.5 hour contract
Days: Monday-Friday, Overtime is available if wanted
Role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with either an electrical maintenance background to join our team, this position requires for you to have great communication skills, whether that is face to face or remotely, attention to detail on site conditions and the completion of PPM records, our main focus for the operations department is to improve the communication between field operatives and office functions.
Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance
- Happy to other building services works
- Providing PPM service to a selection of commercial properties
- Assisting with reactive work
- Ensure all site paperwork is up to standard
Requirements
- Good knowledge of M&E systems within commercial properties
- Good England and math skills
- Full UK Driving license
- Computer Literate
- Fluent in English
