Position: Commercial Plumbing Project Manager

Location: Based in the North West or West Yorkshire

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £38,000 to £44,000 plus package (subject to experience level)

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Manager for a full time permanent position.

This position will be working for a very well established building services company who have a strong projects team dealing with commercial installation projects throughout the North West as well as further afield

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Project Manager who is able to manage multiple commercial installation projects across the UK. This projects will include refurbishments and installation for hotels, retail, colleges, schools, offices and many other commercial sites

This person will be managing a team of installation plumbers who will be working no projects all over the UK. They will me making sure that these projects are run to time scale and to budget as well as supporting the engineers with their own personal needs.

This position will be mainly remote, but would be expected to spend some time in the office in Lancashire

We would look at a senior installation plumber who is looking to take the next step into project management

Requirements

• Experience as a Plumbing Project Manager or looking for the next step into management
• Must have a hands on experience as a commercial plumber
• Mus have some experience in running projects
• Full UK driving licence
• At least a level 2 in plumbing
• CSCS card
