Monday - Friday | 08:30 - 17:30
The Company:
A multi-award winning audio visual integrator offering full service solutions from design to installation, commissioning, and aftersales support for various organisations.
Brief Overview of Role:
As an on-site service engineer, you will provide technical support and maintenance for all audio visual systems within a creative marketing agency, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
Duties:
- Conduct regular checks and set up meeting rooms.
- Perform system shutdowns.
- Test and troubleshoot AV/VC systems.
- Offer first-line support for meeting rooms.
- Provide white glove service during events.
- Perform service, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Report and arrange repairs for faulty equipment.
- Identify potential upgrades for sales opportunities.
- Operate Crestron and Extron control systems.
Skills and Experience Required:
Essential:
- Prior experience supporting AV/IT systems.
- Understanding of control systems and audio DSPs such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, and QSC.
