£50,000 basic salary
No weekends, Pension, 25 days holiday + Bank HolidaysOperating for over 85 years in the UK and 50 years in Europe. My Client is looking for a Transport Manager with an immediate start. Leading the transportation services in Worcestershire, as well as covering local school runs, Private Hire, and Europe! Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, 8-5.
The Role
My Client is looking to hire a Transport Manager to look after their fleet of 37 vehicles. You will be scheduling work for the drivers, keeping track of compliance, and undertaking performance management. The role is based in their Worcester depot, 5 days a week.
Experience & Skills required
- Work out of Worcester depot 5 days a week (No weekends)
- Manage all 37 vehicles and drivers
- Schedule work via Coach Manager
- Ensure all drivers meet regulations
- On call 1 in every 3 weeks
- MUST have CPC in PSV
In return
My client is offering a generous base salary of 50k. No overtime required and no weekend work. Must be on call 1 in every 3 weeks. Company Laptop and mobile is provided. 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
