Static Mechanical Contracts Manager

Position: Static Mechanical Bias Contract Manager

Location: London, WC1E

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £50,000 to £65,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager for a full time permanent position on a very large static site based in London.

This static site has a large number of buildings spread out across the site that are modern and very old.

This position will be dealing with the running of the mechanical plant and engineers across the site. This will include all of the commercial heating, air conditioning and plumbing works.

The right person for this position will have strong mechanical background. They need to be very technical on the commercial heating side as that will be a major part of the contract. It would be preferred if this person has experience as a commercial heating engineer so that they can relay the technical issues back to the client (certs can be expired)

This position will be working alongside another Contracts Manager as well as a team of engineers and administrators.

Requirements

• Experience as a Commercial Contracts Manager
• Must have a good working knowledge of Commercial Heating
• Holding commercial gas certification would be an advantage but not essential
• Strong mechanical knowledge of plumbing and pumps as well as heating
• Based in a commutable distance to WC1E
• Need to have experience working on older properties.
• This person does need to be very client focused.

Package

• Basic salary subject to experience level
• Due to it being a static site there is no company vehicle or allowance.
• Excellent starting package
