Position: Static Commercial Heating Engineer
Location: London, WC1E
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £50,000 to £55,000
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Heating Engineer for a full time permanent position on a large static site based in London
This position will be dealing mainly with the planned and reactive maintenance across this very large site in relation to heating. This will include commercial gas, plumbing, controls and pumps
The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial heating background. They will be holding current commercial gas certificates and have experience in working on older sites.
This Is a static position so there will be no company vehicle
Requirements
- Strong working background in commercial heating
- Holding current commercial gas certificates
- Knowledge of pumpswill be an advantage
- Good controls knowledge
- An electrical qualification would be an advantage
- Willing to deal with plumbing works when required
- Good plant room knowledge
