About the Company:
A group of AV specialists covering everything from dry hire to full scale, technical AV production for corporate events and exhibitions throughout the UK and Europe.
The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and manage key client accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for maximising profitability and maintaining strong client relationships while also building your own sales pipeline.
You will be given a large group of high-spending accounts from day one, allowing you to hit the ground running and start earning quickly!
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with pre-established, active accounts to gain recurring business opportunities
- Proactively generate new business leads with event agencies, stand builders, and event organisers
- Attend client meetings to gather briefs for event requirements
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to specify equipment required for events and build a proposal to suit client needs
- Build quotations and present proposals in an engaging manner
- Maintain and update information within the CRM system
Essential Qualities and Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in an AV or events focused sales position with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Understanding of immersive AV, LED, and VR systems
- Full UK driving licence
In Return:
If successful, you will be rewarded with an annual salary of £38,000 - £40,000, 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and uncapped commission for all sales. After 3 years of service, you will also see your holidays rise by 1 day per year up to a maximum of 30 days!
