Brief Overview of Role:

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. In this role, you will use a consultative approach to respond to customer queries and provide the best solutions for their needs.

Duties:

• Respond to inbound technical queries, advising customers on potential solutions and discussing the pros and cons of suitable options for their projects.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and our customer service web portal.
• Assist with building quotations and basic design documentation.
• Produce tender documentation and maintain up-to-date information within the CRM system.

Skills and Experience Required:

• We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality and strong customer service skills.
• Prior knowledge of audio systems would be highly beneficial.

Package:

• Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 DOE
• 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
