We are an established MSP with a strong background in Voice, VOIP and IT & Data. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer support and having strong customer retention.
There is now a requirement for an Installation Manager to join the team in our Harrogate office!
Installations Manager
£35,000-£45,000 DOE
25 days holiday + banks
4 days in Harrogate office
Responsibilities:
- To manage field service team (circa 20 strong) scheduling to undertake installations within the KPIs set and agreed with the Professional Services Director.
-Managing a team of 3 internal engineers/coordinators, with the view of growing and developing the team
- Co-ordinate a team of installation engineers and contract resources as required for the effective and efficient running of the department.
- Provide accurate, regular and timely management information on customer records, completed installations and service tasks
- Meet all the KPIs, targets, deadlines and objectives as set and agreed with the Director of Professional Services
- Set and communicate targets with the engineer coordination team
Experience required:
-People management experience
-Background in cabling, hosted telephony, PBX, CCTV and Leased Lines.-Good commercial understanding around costing for engineers time, agreeing costs and resolving issues with customers and engineers when they arise.
