Position: Refrigeration Engineer
Location: Covering West Yorkshire and surrounding areas
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £34,000 to £36,500 plus door to door travel
We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer for a full time permanent position covering Yorkshire
This position will be covering sites that will include petrol stations, schools, hospitals, public houses and restaurants. They will be dealing with the service, maintenance and breakdown of ice machines, display cabinets and cold rooms. There could be the occasional split system but very limited.
The right person for this position will already have a strong refrigeration background. They need to be able to deal with the planned and reactive maintenance. Larger refrigeration experience would be a bonus.
This is a mobile position so we will require a full UK driving licence as well as fgas. It would be an advantage if this person had their petrol station certificate.
Requirements
- Strong working background in refrigeration service, maintenance and breakdown
- Happy to travel throughout the Yorkshire area
- Fgas 2079
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Based in the Leeds / Bradford area
- Some air conditioning experience would be an advantage
- Level 2 in Refrigeration would be a bonus
Package
- Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
- Company van
- Door to door travel (can be paid at overtime rate)
- On call one week in seven
- On call allowance
- 22 days holiday, increasing yearly
