Position: Service Administrator
Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire
Salary: From £21,000 to £23,500 subject to experience level
Duration: Permanent
Due to promotion and growth we are looking for three Services Administrators to join a large team within a modern office based in St Ives.
This team deal with an array of jobs during the day that include speaking directly to engineers, organising client and engineer diary's, inputting information onto the CRM system, managing client information as well as other administration duties
They are looking for a vibrant person who is able to multi task and communicate well with engineers and clients via email and telephone. They need to have at least 5 months office administration experience and enjoy working as a team.
There is potential with this company to progress within the team and other departments
This is 100% an office based role, so unfortunately we can not offer hybrid working
Requirements
- At least 6 months office administration experience
- Based in a commutable distance to St Ives, Cambridgeshire
- Excellent communicator
- Strong IT skills
- Must be willing to work in the office
