Position: AC bias Building Services Engineer
Location: Middlesborough to York
Salary: From £38,000 to £40,000 plus package
Duration: Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning bias Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position to cover a region from Newcastle to York
This position will be working for a well established building services company that deal with planned and reactive maintenance throughout the North of England
This position will be working on commercial sites that include office, large retail establishments, schools, universities and other sites
The right person for this position will already have a strong building services background, holding the fgas certificate. They will need to be able to do maintenance on splits and vrv's as well as other building services maintenance.
Requirements
- Strong working background as a maintenance engineer
- Holding current fgascertificate
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in an area that can cover the North Eastand Yorkshire
- Able to work on splits and vrv's
- Must be happy to join the on callrota
