As a consequence of my clients’ growth, and ongoing development of their class leading CPAAS Platform, I am looking for a Strategic Sales Lead, to work alongside the CEO, CMO and Head of Sales to drive the business in the right direction and have the ability to build a team around them as new revenue streams come on line.

£60,000 - £70,000 DOE
Company Pension
£20,000-£40,000 OTE
£4000 - £6000 car allowance p.a
21 days holiday + bank holidays – rising to 25 days with length of service.
Company Laptop, Mobile, Work from Home.
Remote working but reasonable access to London.
Looking for someone who is forward thinking with a number of years’ experience selling via the Channel within the UCAAS and CCAAS market.
Key Experience/Responsibilities:- Comfortable with dealing with C-level decision makers.
- SAAS/UCAAS/CCAAS experience.
- Comfortable in growing and running a small team as the role progresses
- Hunting new business via new revenue streams, opening up the market for the class leading CPAAS platform.
- Help build a new market, new channels, and new strategies, whilst being forward thinking, and identifying new markets, and help drive the business through leadership.
- Proven self-starter with a clear desire to succeed in a competitive market space
- A recent history of sales success, with a track record in both channel and direct sales
- Able to evidence the ability to build and sustain long term relationships, taking them from nascent beginnings to substantial revenue contributions
- Ideally, will have some connections within our current markets (this is not essential)
- An ability to craft complex functionality into compelling sales propositions in a way that allows for timely decision making
- Can evidence creative thinking, combined with an ability to know when to change direction
- The gravitas to sell at C level, internally and externally, and the real desire to grow and manage a team
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
