Sales Engineer Midlands
Salary: £50,000 Plus £15k Commission

Company
My client manufactures Checkweigher, X-ray, vision inspection, and track & trace machines for various industries such as Food, Pharma, Bakery, and Dairy. The company originated in Germany over 30 years ago and now employs 30 staff members in the UK.
Role
- External sales experience
- Selling products business to business
- Generating own leads
- Experience of selling capital equipment
- Managing a big workload and target-driven
- Preferred engineering background
- Capable of negotiating
- Looking to move into an external sales role
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets
- Machinery experience preferred
- Selling bespoke capital equipment to blue-chip OEMs in the food/pharma industries
- Holding technical consultative conversations with potential customers
- Managing key accounts
- Solution-based sales
Qualifications & Experience
Preferred engineering qualification – Electrical or Mechanical
Any capital equipment background
