Mechanical Field Service Engineer
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 + OT

Are you mechanically inclined and eager to explore the world? We are seeking an Entry-Level Mechanical Field Service Engineer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills while working abroad in countries such as Portugal, Saudi Arabia, the USA and more.

About Us:
We specialise in packaging equipment and are looking for individuals with a strong mechanical background. Whether you've worked on vehicles, capital machinery, oil rigs, in the Armed Forces, on railways, or any other mechanical role, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Install and service our packaging equipment.
Travel across the UK and globally as required.
Stay away from home, sometimes for more than a week.
Utilise mechanical and electrical knowledge (90% mechanic bias).
Conduct fault finding and basic PLC understanding.
Provide new ideas to improve our equipment.
Work as part of a team and independently when necessary.

Candidate Requirements:
Strong mechanical knowledge.
Basic understanding of electrical fault-finding principles.
Willingness to travel and stay away from home.
Excellent customer relations skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
Basic knowledge of pneumatics.
Hands on experience is preferred over a degree.
