Job Description
To diagnose and repair faults with installed AV equipment for a mixture of commercial and residential clients throughout the London area.
Responsibilities
- Attend reactive and proactive service calls to diagnose, troubleshoot faults and maintain installed AV systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and support during and after maintenance visits
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams
- Conduct routine maintenance and proactive system checks on AV systems
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Working as part of an on call rota where required
Requirements
- Proven experience servicing AV systems
- The ability to diagnose and differentiate faults as hardware, software or network related issues.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- A willingness to work out of hours on an on call rota
- Full UK Driving License
