£55,000-£65,000 OTE £85,000, plus company car allowance.
40 hours per week, 25 days holiday + BH, life insurance, fuel card, laptop and mobile.We are currently working on the behalf of a company who have been around the HVAC sector for over 20 years. Who are still going from strength to strength and having a real focus now on their renewables department, especially heat pumps and vaporisation
They are now looking to recruit a highly motivated, self-driven and ambitious BDM.
With the office being based in Yorkshire, and the patch being in the Midlands, going into the office would be expected during the initial training period, then the role would become a remote role – working from your home office and out seeing clients.
The Role
- We are looking for an experienced salesperson, with experience within the heating sector. We are looking for someone to be able to generate new business and be able to grow our current CRM, with the ability to mine through dormant accounts, and be confident in selling their products.
- We would expect the candidate to be out seeing to potential clients each week and have the motivation to work effectively remotely.
- You would be working alone side a large successful team, reporting to the sales manager.
- You’ll have access to 3 different manufacturers.
Skills and Experience
- Experienced in selling Heat Pumps, air source at least, with water sourced training provided.
- Must have the skill set to do specification sales.
- Feel comfortable going out and seeing the big companies.
- Able to go out there and win new business off your own back.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding your targets.
- The ability to manage accounts effectively and follow up enquiries.
- Extensive product knowledge and the ability to do presentations.
- Able to secure new business and oversee the process.

- If you feel you would excel within this role and have the required experience, then we are willing to pay up to £65,000 with the potential to hit £85,000 with OTE along with a car allowance and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
