Location: Northampton/Leicester

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fire and Security Engineer to join our team in the Northampton/Leicester area. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, maintenance, and small works on various security systems for both residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Conducting service calls and maintenance on a range of security systems such as Texecom, Hikvision, Pyronix, Galaxy, and Barcarda.
• Responding to call-outs and troubleshooting security system issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Installing and commissioning security equipment for small works projects.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional relationships with clients.
• Utilizing company-provided resources, including a van, fuel card, credit card, tablet, and phone, to carry out daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in servicing and maintaining security systems, with specific knowledge of Texecom, Hikvision, Pyronix, Galaxy, and Barcarda systems.
• Familiarity with both residential and commercial security requirements.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Day-to-Day

• Responding to service calls and call-outs in a timely manner.
• Conducting routine maintenance and inspections of security systems.
• Installing and commissioning security equipment for small works projects.
• Communicating effectively with clients to address their security needs and concerns.
• Utilizing company-provided resources efficiently to carry out daily tasks and ensure customer satisfaction.
