Location: National

£28,000 - £30,000 plus mileage, phone, laptop, tablet, life assurance, pension, cycle to work scheme and 25 days excluding bank holidays

We are a very established and successful training provider to the Water Utilities sector. Having been established for over 10 years providing qualifications into large utility companies they are now looking for an experienced English and Maths Functional Skills Tutor to join their team.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Plan, prepare and deliver a course of learning for learners
• Devise and implement appropriate teaching plans and learning materials for classroom (including remote) and 1:1 coaching sessions
• Conduct assessments following awarding body and JCQ guidelines
• Undertake formal reviewswith learners, completing coaching and assessment records outlining the teaching, learning and assessment undertaken during the session
• Provide subject specialist information, advice and support to learners and colleagues as part of tutor or assessor duties
• Maintain a high standard of compliance tomeet internal and externalrequirements
• Actively work towards set KPI's based on learner's success rates, compliance, OTLA grade and learner feedback

To apply you MUST have or hold:

• Level 3 award in Education and Training, PTTLS or equivalent
• Industry recognised qualification or experience
• Hold Functionals Skills Level 2 in English & Maths
• A willingness to work towards and achieve professional qualifications
• D32/D33 or A1 or TAQA equivalent
• Full UK driving licence
