Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the North West. As a Fire & Security Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the compliance and cost management field. The ideal candidate will have industry experience and a strong ability to forecast, manage budgets, and coordinate with engineers and sub-contractors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgeting
- Oversee and manage compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or obstacles
- Coordinate with engineers and sub-contractors to ensure all project requirements are met
- Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost management, and P&L responsibilities
- Utilize best practice models to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
- Maintain a strong attention to detail throughout all project phases
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the fire and security industry
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and forecast costs effectively
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of engineers and sub-contractors
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
