Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the North West. As a Fire & Security Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the compliance and cost management field. The ideal candidate will have industry experience and a strong ability to forecast, manage budgets, and coordinate with engineers and sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgeting
• Oversee and manage compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or obstacles
• Coordinate with engineers and sub-contractors to ensure all project requirements are met
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost management, and P&L responsibilities
• Utilize best practice models to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
• Maintain a strong attention to detail throughout all project phases

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the fire and security industry
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and forecast costs effectively
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of engineers and sub-contractors
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
