Job Title: Business Development Manager (AV Rental)
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 per annum
Benefits: 20 days annual leave + bank holidays + phone + laptop
Company Overview:
Our client is one of the world's largest suppliers of AV equipment to rental and production companies, providing unrivalled support to the events, film, and TV sectors.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing accounts to maximise profitability across the rental product portfolio. As a customer-facing role, building strong relationships with clients is crucial to maintaining any onboarded accounts. You will have the opportunity to sell a wide range of AV and lighting products, including leading brands such as L-Acoustics, Yamaha, ROE, and Panasonic.
Key Duties:
- Develop sales strategies and utilise innovative methods to generate new business.
- Provide product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and quality of our product portfolio.
- Work in a target-driven environment to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Attend networking events, engage in cold calling and outreach, leverage your network, and open new doors.
- Organise and conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to build and maintain relationships.
Essential Qualities and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of AV and lighting products.
- Proven sales experience within the ProAV sector.
- Full UK driving licence.
Preferred Qualities and Skills:
- 1+ years' sales experience within an AV rental company or similar.
- A network of strong relationships with event organisers and production companies.
In return:
If successful, you will be rewarded with an annual salary of £35,000 - £60,000, per annum along with 20 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
