I am seeking an experienced and driven BMS Project Engineer to join my clients growing projects department. As a vital part of a large, expanding business, you will manage BMS projects within commercial spaces, focusing on Trend products.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quoting and completing small to medium works from inception to completion. Along with technical skills in quoting, software/graphics writing, commissioning, and handover, strong customer-facing abilities are essential for conducting meetings and devising effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and design customized BMS solutions.
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring successful project execution.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Conduct system testing and commissioning to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers during and after project implementation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in controls engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC controls.
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Trend systems
