Smart Building Commissioning Engineer
£40,000-£60,000 (DOE) + company car/cash allowance, overtime opportunities and performance-related bonus, 34 days holiday (includes Bank Holidays), plus the option to purchase additional days., Pension Plus, Shopping discounts + more
Location – Midlands
The engineering sector is awash with talk of BMS at the minute – everyone pretends to understand them, but only a select few know how they really work to peak performance.
In this Smart Buildings Commissioning Engineer role, you’ll be working across London & Southeast.
To be able to hit the ground running we would need you to have experience commissioning building controls, control panels and field devices, ideally as a BMS Engineer or a BMS Electrician.
The Candidate:
- Worked in the building controls marketplace.
- Strong technical understanding of building system functionalities
- Desire to bring commercial benefit and long-term value to our customers (by using the BEMS to decarbonise buildings or reduce operating costs for example)
- Possess excellent service skills to engage with our clients.
The Role:
- Undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Fault finding and repair of BMS and HVAC controls.
- Commissioning of small projects
