Overview


We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement team. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, overseeing purchasing operations, and ensuring compliance with budget and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on cost control and risk management. Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities



  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet company goals
  2. Manage and develop relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effective procurement of goods and services
  3. Oversee purchasing operations to ensure timely and efficient procurement processes
  4. Utilize NetSuite or similar procurement software to manage and optimize procurement activities
  5. Implement and monitor cost control measures to achieve budget goals
  6. Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies for procurement activities
  7. Identify and manage risks associated with procurement activities

Qualifications



  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field required, Master's degree preferred
  2. 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
  3. Strong understanding of procurement strategy development and supplier management
  4. Experience with NetSuite or similar procurement management software is a plus
  5. Demonstrated ability to control costs and manage budgets
  6. Knowledge of compliance and risk management in procurement activities

Day-to-Day



  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and requirements
  • Monitor and analyze supplier performance to ensure quality and cost-effective procurement
  • Use NetSuite or similar software to manage procurement activities and track performance
  • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and pricing
  • Implement cost control measures to achieve budgetary goals
  • Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities
