Work from home 2-3 days per week, client based delivery, On-going progression and training
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality projects within the residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing company and take ownership of diverse projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Work on a range of projects within the residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors
- Ensure compliance with UK regulations and standards in all electrical designs
- Utilize CAD, Autodesk, BIM/Revit 3D, Relux, Amtech, and IES software for designing and modeling
- Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion
- Work closely with a team of 40 employees to achieve project milestones
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of electrical design processes in the building service consultancy
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Electrical Design Engineer
- In-depth knowledge of UK regulations and standards
- Proficiency in CAD, Autodesk, BIM/Revit 3D, Relux, Amtech, and IES software
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and take ownership of projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field
Day-to-day
