Lead Building Services Engineer

Position: Lead/ Supervising Building Services Engineer

Location: Central London

Salary: From £50,000 to £52,000 plus package

Duration: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Supervising Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position on a static site in London

This engineer will be supporting a number of multi skilled engineers as well as a multi story building and a high end client with all of the sites planned and reactive maintenance.

The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial building services background with a good knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance. We do require this person to already have experienced as a lead or supervising engineer.

This engineer will be expected to work as an engineer as well as dealing with the other responsibilities that come with a lead engineer position

We require this engineer to be holiday a minimum of a level 2 building services qualification. Any additional qualifications would be an advantage

Requirements

• Strong background in commercial building services maintenance
• Must have experience as a lead or supervising engineer
• Minimum of a level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification
• Commutable to central London
• Strong IT skills
• Good management skills
• Happy to be on the tools as well as supervising
