Position: Air Conditioning bias Building Services Engineer
Location: Covering an area that includes Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £42,000 to £45,000 plus package
We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning bias Building Services Engineer for a full time permanent position covering a region that includes Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.
This engineer will be dealing with the services, maintenance and breakdown of air conditioning plant in offices, warehouses, call centres and depots for one main client. They will also be required to deal with other building services maintenance such as legionella, water flushing, plant room maintenance as well as others
The right person for this position will already have a strong background in Air Conditioning Service, Maintenance and Breakdown, they will also have some building services maintenance experience.
This is a mobile position so we do require a full UK driving licence.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Air Conditioning
- Able to complete Air Conditioning Service, Maintenance and Breakdown
- Experience in dealing with some building services maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in a commutable location to the over counties
- Must hold the fgas certificate
- Additional qualifications would be an advantage
