Key Responsibilities:

• Client and Stakeholder Coordination:


• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to clearly define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.


• Project Management:


• Oversee daily project activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget.


• Team Leadership:


• Manage and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project execution.


• System Oversight:


• Supervise the design, installation, and commissioning of BMS systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Experience:


• Proven track record as a Project Manager in the BMS or HVAC industry.


• Technical Expertise:


• Deep understanding of BMS technologies and experience with design, installation, and commissioning processes.


• Communication Skills:


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
