Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Engineer to join our team in the North of England, covering the Leeds, Bradford, and Wakefield areas. As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing CCTV, access control, and intruder systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot security system issues
• Carry out routine maintenance and perform repairs on security equipment
• Document all service calls, updates, and maintenance activities accurately
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and security system technology
• Provide technical support to clients and offer advice on security system operation

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Security Service Engineer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Full driving license for travel within the designated area
• Experience working with security system brands such as Honeywell, Galaxy, Milestone, Pelco, and C-Cure

Day-to-day

• Responding to service calls and addressing security system issues
• Documenting updates, maintenance activities, and service calls
• Collaborating with the technical support team to resolve complex issues
• Providing technical support and advice to clients
• Staying updated on industry standards and security system technology
